10. Costs of obtaining certificates for the representative product or service
The results of research for costs of obtaining certificates, both for those issued during the product launching process or those issued several times a year, are very detailed in the whole study (study of G17+) and they include the following structure:
• official fees
• expert's analysis
• bribe
• total average yearly costs

Here, we have represented only the average bribe costs for frequent certification of products after the initial launch:
• 266.65 € average amount
• 50 € minimal amount
• 500 € maximal amount

PRICES

During 2001 important price liberalizations occurred. Only 1/3 of the total prices of the respondent firms have been under some kind of regulation.
Different forms and occurrences of price regulating:
• 12.6% fixed prices
• 5,3% maximized prices or maximized margins
• 6,3% other price limitations
• 6,7% other
• 57,4% none of the above price regulations

Break down of sectors most heavily affected by price regulation
• 58,1% agricultural
• 50% traffic
• 43% trading

Factors affecting price regulation in relation to the firm's field of work:
• Governmental policies and regulations governing the regulation of prices of food products
• Laws governing the execution of community services
• Governmental policies and regulations governing sales conditions of certain goods which were current at the beginning of 2001 but, were canceled in the meantime.
• Agreements concerning unique prices and fees within the increasing number of business related societies and clubs

Break down of firms whose representative products or services are most affected price controls:
• 76,6% agricultural
• 66,9% manufacturing and processing
• 66,4% traffic

Governmental bodies overseeing the process of governmental price control; respective percentage of ‘power’ or ‘pull’ in that program
• 0,6% anti-monopolistic agency
• 15,2% local authorities
• 8,2% special prices-market inspections
• 18,4% unknown
• 3,8% responsible (branch) Ministry
• 2,5% fiscal politics bodies (tax bodies)
• 29,1% other

Total regulation of the prices is approx. 30%.
