July 29, 2003 - President of Council for fight against corruption, Verica Barac accused Serbian Government for absence of cooperation.
'For more than a year and half the Council is trying to get from the Government complete information about Government's members, elected and appointed people, their membership in management boards, who suggested them to these boards and how much money they get for that membership. Really it is quite logical to ask how it is possible that Janjusevic is appointed for Premier's advisor while he is the owner of two companies abroad and two companies in the country. Or another logical question as to who that young man, a member of so many management boards mainly of companies being privatized is', Barac said for B92 Radio.
'The Council can request from them to allow it to question them. Whether they would come or not that will show the responsibility of the Government towards the citizens and Government's real relation towards fight against corruption. That conference in Serbian Government held by Janjusevic and Kolesar was a scandal', Verica Barac said.
