3. Processing the long term program of development of the infrastructure.
4. Request for bids on the possibilities of forming new operators
of railroad traffic.
5. Conclusion of initiated investment projects (the Valjevo-Loznica
track, Belgrade rail road nexus) with qualified revision and
innovations, according to current work trends and, to meet up
to date achievements and tendencies.
6. Completion of a completely new railroad network in which
to apply new techniques and technologies of passenger and load
transport.
