5. Butter |
The production of butter in the Yugoslavian market in the year
2000 was approx. 1.9 M kilograms, which was 15% less than compared
to the previous year. There are five main dairies who dominate
the domestic butter sales market. Their respective market shares
varied widely during the year 2000 but, their combined total
market share is approximately 60% of the total production of
butter. Table 5.
