4. Ultra pasteurized products
The structure of production of UP products [by producer], is much different than the structure of the production of pasteurized milk, since there is a smaller number of dairies having the ability to produce this particular product. According to the data supplied by the Business Association for Livestock producers, AD 'Imlek' is the leader in the production of UP products as well, with a commanding 54% of the market in this sector, for the year 2000 and is followed by AD 'Novosadska Mlekara' who has 8% and, AD 'Mlekara Sabac' who has 7% of this market. Table 4.
