3. Sour milk products and Sour Cream |
The assortment of sour milk products includes basic products
such as yogurt and sour milk [USA: butter milk], and also includes
the segment of sour milk products with added value [deserts].
The market structure of the sour-milk products market is characterized
by the high market percentage of AD 'Imlek', and the presence
of a large number of smaller dairies. Table 3.
