Belgian Interbrew bought 50,1 percent of Apatin Brewery stocks
20:08 BRUSSELS, Oct 5 (Tanjug) - Belgian Interbrew beer manufacturer has said it has bought 50,1 percent of stocks of the Serbian Apatin Brewery, in the value of 229 million euros, and by doing so wishes to improve its position at the East Europe market.
The company said in a statement that Interbrew had bought 50,1 percent of stocks, and that the offer for the
purchase of the remaining 167,64 euros of single stocks would be opened till March 31, 2004, Reuters reported on.
