EBRD praises Serbia-Montenegro
14:23 BRUSSELS, Oct 1 (Tanjug) - According to the latest research the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has carried out on 27 former European communist countries, Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) had best results in the process of reforms, privatisation of small companies and
liberalization of prices, as well as foreign trade policy.
Taking into consideration numerous criteria, EBRD made a scale of one to four, on which SCG was graded with a three plus, which made the country top-ranking.
