'Lukoil' contracted purchase of 'Beopetrol'
Sept 22 (Blic) - Negotiations between 'Lukoil' and tender commission for the sale of 'Beopetrol' being held as of August 25 have been successfully finished before the deadline, Beta agency reported.
The contract about sale of 'Beopetrol' to Russian company will be signed by the end of next week, most likely on November 26. 'Lukoil' offered 210 million Euros for overtaking 79.5 per cent of the capital of 'Beopetrol'. The amount that will be paid to the budget of Serbia is 117 million Euros. The amount to be invested in 'Beopetrol' in the following five years is 85 millions. The investments in the social program will be 8 million Euros.
