Serbian government adopts bill on VAT
19:40 BELGRADE, Sept 18 (Tanjug) - The Serbian government on Thursday adopted a bill on value added tax (VAT), which would further reduce grey economy and
harmonies Serbia's tax policy with Montenegro and EU standards, the government said in a statement.
The Serbian government also adopted a bill revoking the Law on Taxation of the Salary Fund, which is expected to reduce the burden on the economy by about 15 billion dinars in 2004 alone.
