Otpor lays charges against cheating MPs
20:55 BELGRADE , Sept 11 (FoNet) - The national Otpor movement has begun legal proceedings for disturbing the constitutional order of Serbia against all MPs absent from the parliament session at which the National Bank governor was elected, but were registered as having voted.
“The illegal use of voting cards belonging to other MPs shows that Serbia has no system of values. “It is not clear to the MPs that they are not representing themselves and their parties in the parliament, but the people,” Otpor representative Srdjan Milivojevic told a press conference today.
