Negotiations with London Club gaining momentum - Djelic
19:09 BELGRADE, Sep 9 (Tanjug) - The negotiations between the Serbia-Montenegro (SCG) government and the London Club of creditors on debt repayment have entered a serious phase and the estimates of both sides on the amount involved are very close, Serbian Minister of Finance Bozidrad Djelic said Tuesday.
It remains to reach agreement on the amount to be written off, on interest rates and on deadlines, Djelic told the press, expressing hope that the issue of debt to the London Club (comprising about 600 world banks) will be resolved by the end of the year.
