EPS management board says no damages caused in deal with EFT
19:06 BELGRADE, Sep 5 (Tanjug) - Serbian power industry (EPS)
management board has determined that no damage has been caused to
EPS in deals with the London-based EFT and Interface companies, the
EPS PR center said.
The board held a special session on Sep 3 following a report of the
Ministry of Energy and Mining on contracts EPS had concluded with
EFT and Interface on mazut processing, and noted that they had
caused no damage to EPS. The sole shortcomings in the contracts were
that they envisaged barter instead of money payment for the service
and imprecise delivery timetable, the board said.
