Tender for sale of 'Rubin' cancelled
Sept 3 (Blic) - Tender commission for the sale of 70 per cent of social capital of 'Rubin' factory in Krusevac, decided to proclaim the tender unsuccessful because the commission agreed that the received offers were 'inadequate' in relation to the estimated value of that factory.
The participants in the tender were 'Zepter' and Russian 'ABS'. According to unofficial information their offer was 3.5 million Euros and 5.5 millions what is according to the opinion of the commission far below the actual value of 'Rubin'.
