Israeli Merhal company interested in investing into Serbian water resources management
11:10 BELGRADE , Sept 3 (Tanjug) - Serbian Premier Zoran Zivkovic, Minister of Finace and Trade Bozidar Djelic, and Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources Management Stojan Jevtic on Tuesday met with the president and vice-president of the Israeli Merhal company, a leading firm in irrigation system constructions.
The officials discussed the possibilities that privatization funds be invested into irrigation systems, and Merhal voiced readiness to enable vacancies for 15,000 workers by taking part in the construction of a 30,000 hectare irrigation system.
