SSSS president does not expect government to leave 'readily'
19:55 BACKA TOPOLA, Aug 31 (Tanjug) - President of the Association of Serbian Independent Trade Unions (SSSS) Milenko Smiljanic said on Sunday, in view of the trade union's demand that the republic government tendered a resignation, that he did not expect it would "leave the political scene readily," but voiced hope that "some of the ministers" would ralise that people lived poorely in the country, and by tendering their argumented resignations, give a contribution that the government did that.
"If this does not happen, because we have to count on a serious autism of the government which believes that it has achieved major success, we will organise a protest at wich all workers will help it realise that it has to leave the power," Smiljanic said in Backa Topola.
