Helping hand from Slovenia on the road to Brussels
20:43 BELGRADE, Aug 28 (B92) - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said today that his country would do everything possible to assist Serbia-Montenegro on its path to the EU. He was speaking in Belgrade, where he had meetings today with senior state officials.
Rupel also spoke about the shared Yugoslav past of the two countries, saying that there were positive experiences which could be useful in future challenges. “Of course we will forget the bad things from our past, but there were also some good things and we must use these in the future,” added the Slovenian foreign minister.
