INA shall request arbitration
Zagreb, August 27, 2003 (Blic) - INA insists on its stances regarding the right on property what means that it will continue undertaking all legal steps necessary for return of the property with the competent bodies of the Republic of Serbia. The same will be done with all international institutions dealing with protection of possession and material rights of the individuals and legal entities, said the first man of INA for promotional activities of INA Mijo Ivurek.
That was his reaction to the decision by the Serbian Government, i.e. its Agency for Privatization about sale of 'Beopetrol'.
