MK Komerc owner to sue Otpor activist
19:46 NOVI SAD, Aug 26 (Beta) - The owner of the MK Komerc company, Miodrag Kostic, said today that he will sue Otpor activist Bora Lazukic over allegations of black market oil trading.
A statement issued by MK Komerc today vigorously denies any involvement by Kostic in the sale of oil owned by Serbian Oil Industries, describing the claim as “nonsensical insinuations” aimed at damaging the
reputation of both the company and its owner. Lazukic yesterday accused Kostic of entering an agreement with the former chairman of Serbian Oil Industries, Zivko Sokolovacki, to sell oil on the black market.
