I am not afraid of request for privatization annullment - Raskazov
12:57 NOVI SAD, August 21 (Tanjug) - Top official of the Midland Resources Holding (MRH) company, the major shareholder of the Carnex meat industry in Vrbas, Russian businessman Alexei Raskazov said in a statement published by the Novi Sad daily Dnevnik on Thursday that he is not afraid of Astra Group's request for the annullment of Carnex's privatization.
Astra Group was one of the competing companies for the purchase of the majority shares of Carnex in the Belgrade stock exchange, and, after failing to acquire the majority shares, it had announced it would submit to the Anti-Corruption Council a request for a revision of dubious company sales, including the Vrbas meat industry.
