New owner of Beopetrol will be known on August 25
11:29 BELGRADE, August 20 (Tanjug) - The tender committee for the sale of 70 percent of the socially owned Beopetrol from Belgrade will announce on Monday, August 25, the first ranked bidder for the purchase of the company, for which it received two valid bids - from Russia's Lukoil and Hungary's Mol Hungarian & Gas plc., Tanjug learned at the Privatization Agency.
The tender committee established at its first meeting on August 7 that the documentation submitted by Greece's Hellenic Petroleum was not in keeping with the conditions set by the tender rules, and was disqualified.
