One more Serbian minister resigns, citing 'party egotism'
15:56 BELGRADE, August 19 (Beta) -Rodoljub Sabic, Serbian Local Government Minister, has today confirmed his resignation over the lack of sufficient reaction to the affairs which have burdened the government's work. Speaking at a press conference, he also cited "party egotism" within the Serbian Government's ruling DOS coalition, which comprises 19 political parties.
Sabic said his resignation from the ministerial post was submitted over a month ago and that he had discussed the matter personally with Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic. He added that the decision to quit the position was a personal act.
