EPS Managing Board sets up commission in charge of comparing reports
16:31 BELGRADE , Aug 18 (Tanjug) - The Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) Managing Board decided on Monday to set up a commission that would compare the Serbian Ministry of Mining and Energy and EPS reports on the operation of Serbia's largest public enterprise and the London-based Energy Financing Team (EFT) company, a Managing Board member, who wished to remain anonymous, told Tanjug.
At the session, which lasted for more than four hours, the EPS Managing Board decided to set up the commission "because of completely opposite reports of the Ministry and EPS on the effects of operation of EPS and EFT," Tanjug's source said and added that according to the Ministry report, EPS had "created losses" through this operation and according to the EPS report, it had gained "clear profit."
