Efes takes over majority block of shares of Pancevo Brewery
18:10 ISTANBUL, Aug 18 (Tanjug) - Turkey's Efes Breweries International (EBI) has said in a statement it has taken over the majority block of shares of the Pancevo Brewery.
By taking over 63 percent of the Pancevo Brewery shares and investing 6.5 million dollars of capital, Efes became the first international beer producer with investments in Serbia, the Turkish company said in the statement.
