Decanting dangerous cargo resumes
13:41 BELGRADE, August 12 (Beta) - Workers at Belgrade railway station have resumed decanting vinyl chloride from four tankers which overturned on Sunday. Testing has indicated that there is no significant pollution.
The prime minister’s advisor on the environment, Srdja Popovic, told media this morning that the disposal of the toxic and highly-explosive chemical was expected to be completed by the end of today. The tankers were derailed outside Belgrade station while
