SCG provisorium without perspective to survive
Aug 11 (Blic) - 'The state union of Serbia and Montenegro is provisorium without chances to survive', Vladimir Gligorov, expert of Institute for comparations of international economies in Vienna writes in his recently publicized study called 'Actual analyses and profile of the country, Serbia and Montenegro, transition and organized crime'.
According to him the final outcome will most likely be two independent states.
