Initiative for oil refinery to be separate company
13:58 PANCEVO , Aug 6 (Tanjug) - Pancevo Mayor Borislava Kruska has launched an initiative with the leaderships of the Serbian oil industry NIS, the Pancevo Refinery, HIP Petrohemija, and the Serbian government, that the oil refinery be constituted as a separate public company based in Pancevo, within the process of reorganizing the NIS.
As efforts are under way to join HIP Petrohemija to NIS, Kruska proposes that the program of business-financial consolidation of HIP Petrohemija and its linking with the NIS is redirected to linking with the refinery, a Pancevo City Hall statement said.
