Phillip Morris buy Nis Tobacco
15:42 August 04 (B92) - US tobacco company Phillip Morris has become majority owner of Serbia's Nis Tobacco Industries.
According to B92 sources, the tobacco giant beat off rival bidders British American Tobacco and Croatia's Rovinj Tobacco Manufacturing.
