Philip Morris gives best quotation for purchase of DIN
16:52 BELGRADE , Aug 4 (Tanjug) - The tender commissions for the sale of 70 percent of the capitals of the Tobacco Industry of Nis (DIN) and the Tobacco Industry of Vranje (DIV) have decided that the best offers were made by the companies Philip Morris Holland BV and American Tobacco Limited, Serbian Finance Minister Bozidar Djelic said on Monday.
Philip Morris, whose quotation amounts to 518 million euros, is the first candidate for the purchase of DIN and British American Tobacco, whose quotation amounts to 87 million euros, for DIV.
