Rory O'Sullivan: Individuals responsible for suspension
August 01, 2003 (Blic) - Chief of World Bank's mission in Serbia and Montenegro, Rory O'Sullivan expressed disappointment at extension of suspension of preferential export of sugar to European Union.
'This is very disappointing for the World Bank because we are trying to help Serbia to recover and stabilize after long and difficult period and then we are informed that a suspension of export valid about 100 million Dollars is being imposed due to behavior of several individuals', O'Sullivan said.
