Government adopts decree on export and import documents
Belgrade, July 31, 2003 - The Serbian government adopted on Thursday a decree on issuing certificates and documents for the exports and imports of goods.
The decree includes special regulations concerning the origin of goods exported to the European Union and makes a distinction between the cases when certificates are issued by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and those when they are issued by the Customs Administration. The government also adopted the Action Plan for the
harmonization of Serbia's regulations with those of the European Union, which is expected to further facilitate the process of association.
