Privatization Agency files two charges
18:49 BELGRADE , July 29 (Tanjug) - The Serbian Privatization Agency and Director of the Centre for Tenders Katarina Toncic have sued owner of St Michael Enterprises Vladimir Walter Mihailovic and representative of the Consortium of Employees at the Belgrade Baking Industry Zdravko Jankovic for slander, the Agency said in a statement on Tuesday.
The statement said that in an article headlined "Charges against the director of tender sale," published in the Belgrade daily Politika on July 24, the two voiced untruthful claims about "favoritism towards buyers and incorrect qualifications of the tender procedure" during the
privatization of the Belgrade Baking Industry.
