NBS governor says central bank might loan funds to govt for budget
14:59 BELGRADE, Jul 28 (Tanjug) - National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Governor Kori Udovicki said Monday that the central bank might approve a loan to the Serbian government in case of a budget deficit.
In case of a budget deficit, and if funds are forthcoming, a working mechanism has been established and the government has demonstrated its capability to secure liquidity, Udovicki told Radio B 92 she would seek ways of coordinating this.
