Kolesar was not involved in privatization of cement works
17:11 BELGRADE, July 28 (Tanjug) - The Managing Board of the Novi Popovac cement works, in which the Swiss company BAB/Holcim bought 70 percent of equity at a public tender, said on Monday that Nemanja Kolesar had nothing to do with its
privatization.
The statement said that Kolesar had been head of the cement works' Managing Board before BAB/Holcim became its owner and that he had been elected Managing Board member after the
privatization to secure continuity in this organ's work, but that he had tendered his resignation soon.
