Serbian Health Minister Tomica Milosavljevic submitted irrevocable resignation
BELGRADE, July 26, 2003 (Blic) - 'I cannot accept the atmosphere in the Government in which the microphone of the Government is being used for attacks on G17 Plus, a political party that I am a member of', Milosavljevic said.
'In the period after assassination of premier Djindjic I stayed in the Government for respect of continuity of reform government and wish to contribute in as rapid as possible stabilization of the country. That was also the stance of G17 Plus. I offered my resignation to both late premier Djindjic and actual Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic in case they thought that my belonging to a political party was an obstacle to the position of the minister. They both refused by resignation', Tomica Milosavljevic said.
