Tenders for DIN and DIV opened
July 24, 2003 (Blic) - Yesterday at 14.00 Tender Commission led by Serbian Finance Minister Bozidar Djelic opened offers for purchase of DIN Tobacco Factory and at 16.00 for purchase of DIV Tobacco
Factory.
Offers for DIN submitted Philip Morris, British-American Tobacco and Tvornica duhana Rovinj. As regards DIV offers submitted British-American Tobacco only. After acceptance of the offers, financial advisor of American 'Morgan Stanley is expected to make their evaluation within 30 days.
