Offer for purchase of Vranje Tobacco Industry opened
19:18 BELGRADE , July 23 (Tanjug) - At its first session on Wednesday, the tender commission, headed by Serbian Minister of Finance and Economy Bozidar Djelic opened an offer for the purchase of 70 percent of the state owned capital of the Vranje Tobacco Industry (DIV), the Serbian
Privatization Agency said in a statement.
The commission examined the fulfillment of formal conditions (timeliness and completeness of the submitted offer) and noted that the offerer, British American Tobacco (Serbia) had submitted documents in keeping with the conditions defined in the public invitation to tender, published on April 4, 2003.
