Medojevic: In the West government would fall
Jul 23, 2003 (Blic) - Referring to extract from register of the Trade Court in Belgrade showing that on June 6 this year Zoran Janjusevic was registered again as director of 'Tangent Co.' with 'unlimited responsibility', Nebojsa Medojevic, director of Center for transition of Podgorica says for 'Blic'. 'In the West, government would fall because of such affairs. Here this is not treated as violation of law at least because neither Serbia nor Montenegro have law on conflict of interests. This affair is a real example of conflict of interests. We don't have this law because the Government is aware that many disputable matters would come under jurisdiction of that law. And Government's members, too, of course', Medojevic points out.
