Building material producer Potisje about to change owner
July 15, 2003 (Dnevnik) - Auction for sale of the majority shares package is scheduled for August 21st 2003, and Synthesis Invest Group brokerage house will offer them at starting price of 10.000 dinars (€153.85) per share. Investors from Austria and France showed interest in Kanjiza based company.
If only one bidder appears on auction hi could purchase majority stake for €15-16 million. Istvan Janei director of Potisje claims that price, by any means, cannot reach realistic price for one of the most successful Serbian companies.
