Criminal charges filed, preparations made for investigative procedure, Batic
13:22 BELGRADE, July 11 (Tanjug) - Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic said on Friday that criminal charges were filed and preparations made for an investigative procedure as regards financial abuse in the process of selling Telekom Serbia to Italian Telecom.
Batic told a press conference that for the time being, he could not give any particular names of the
people criminal charges had been filed against, and pointed out that the selling represented the greatest robbery and financial speculation of the 20th century in Serbia, and a first case of organised crime with an international aspect.
