Slovenian bank takeover Montenegro Bank
22:01 PODGORICA, July 11, 2003 (IIS, Tanjug) – Montenegrin Prime Minister Mr. Milo Djukanovic received members of administration and management of the Montenegro Bank which is, as of today, in the system of Slovenian New Ljubjanska Banka.
Slovenian bank singed a contract two months ago purchasing 92 percent of shares of former state bank of Montenegro. Today Slovenians paid €11.1 for the transaction.
