Positive signal on Feasibility Study
13:54 BELGRADE , July 10 (SRNA) - Branko Lukovac, Serbia-Montenegro Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, has today said that the European Commission are to forward a positive proposal for the commencement of work on the Feasibility Study.
The minister said: "We have information that the European Commission will give a positive signal to the Council of Ministers for the beginning of work on the Feasibility Study, regardless of the fact that certain issues related to the Action Plan and customs protection measures are still incomplete".
He added that the initial drafting of the Study should begin in September and be completed within six months.
