Beginning of the reconstruction of the Banat railroad tracks
July 9, 2003 (IIS, RTS) - Serbian railroad company ZTP Belgrade started reconstruction of railway stations in Kikinda and Zrenjanin. Works are valuated on 40 million dinars (€615,000).
This is the beginning of the reconstruction of the railroad tracks in Banat. Priorities are railroad tracks from Pancevo to Vrsac, from Kikinda to Hungarian and Romanian border also as tracks in the parts of Backa and Srem.
