Hellenic Petroleum announces protest to EU
16:01 KOTOR, July 9 (Tanjug) - In view of a Montenegrin government's announcement on setting up an oil company in Montenegro, managing director of Jugopetrol-Kotor Vasilis Drakulis has held a press conference, and pointed out that he was speaking as a representative of Hellenic Petroleum for Serbia and Montenegro, and voiced surprise over such a move of the Montenegrin government.
The Greek company, which is with 54 percent of stocks a major co-owner of Jogopetrol-Kotor, is surprised by the way things are developing, and Drakulis warned of the legal aspect of the whole issue, as well as to the business ethics and spirit of privatisation, which were threatened by the move.
