Ambassadors of Islamic countries advocate economic cooperation
20:39 VALJEVO, Jul 8 (Tanjug) - Ambassadors and charges d'affaires of Indonesia, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Tunis, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan and Guinea paid Tuesday a visit to Valjevo, western Serbia,
organized by the Serbia-Montenegro (SCG) Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.
The delegation was headed by Minister of Human and Minority Rights Rasim Ljajic, who said that the goal of the visit is to lay the bases for resuming economic cooperation between this Serbia's region and the Islamic world which used to be higly developed until the 1990's.
