Serbia & Montenegro doesn’t take French soft loans
July 7, 2003 (IIS, Glas Javnosti) - French Government included S-M on the list of countries qualifying for very favorable soft loans. However, these loans aren’t in stage of realization because it is not quite clear who will give guarantees.
