Production in sugar factory Vrbas
June 4, 2003 (IIS, Dnevnik) - Sugar factory Vrbas, bought by Miodrag Kostic, takes some 13% of total Serbian sugar production. Last year company produced 62,334 tons of sugar, worth over 3 billion dinars (€46.2 million), 9.902 tons of molasses valuated on 59 milion dinars (€0.9 million), 26.462 tons of beet, and cossettes worth 132
million dinars (€2 million).
Vrbas exported 40,000 tons and sold on domestic market 22,234 tons of sugar.
