Ministry accuses Trade Union, certain opposition parties
10:15 BELGRADE , July 3 (Tanjug) - Serbian Energy and Mining Ministry late on Wednesday accused Trade Union leaders of Electric Power Industry of hindering the consolidation of the Serbian energy sector, and opposition parties of abuse of the strike of miners who had been protesting outside the ministry building since Wednesday.
"By slowing down the crucial process of the recovery of the mining energy sector, they directly cause harm to their companies, employees they are representing and all people of Serbia," the ministry said in a
statement, warning that the "protest bill," which would have to be
played by someone, was getting higher with each day of protest.
