Austrian firm Atlas International bought building material producer Ostrvice
July 2 (IIS, Politika) - In last week trade on the Belgrade Stock Exchange Austrian company Atlas bought 56% stake in Serbian company for production of building material Ostrvice, located in Rudnik.
Explored deposits of eruptive material, corresponding to the EU standards for high rank roads, enable exploitation in next 30 years with 300,000 tons annual production.
Austrian firm intends to invest €3 million in Ostrvice and to build an artificial lake on the place of the quarry after 5 years of exploitation.
