Drought in Serbia slows down flour deliveries to Montenegro
11:22 PODGORICA , July 2 (Tanjug) - Serbian Assistant Trade Minister Sasa Gmijovic said on Wednesday that Montenegrin buyers would need special permits for all future deliveries of flour, commercial wheat and maize.
Speaking for the Podgorica daily Vijesti, Gmijovic said that due to a disastrous drought, the Serbian government had introduced a new regime for trade in certain products with Montenegro and Kosovo-Metohija, under which special permits of the Trade Ministry would be required.
